Our composite panels are manufactured to our customer's precise specifications and are delivered to all areas of the UK.

Composite Panels: Welcome

Almesco composite panels consist of polyester powder-coated aluminium, anodised aluminium, PVC white panel, steel, plastisol and many more high-quality materials. We offer the panel core options, including HFC/CFC free thermal insulation, Styrofoam (or similar), and WBP plywood.

General information

  • Our composite panels are supplied with a square edge detail.

  • Maximum vacuum bonded panel size is 3000mm x 1500mm

  • Dual colour panels are available

Choose from a vast variety of colours

All RAL and BS colours are available. Our panels are coated in house, to ensure that they meet and exceed the BS6496:1984 standard.


Finally, they are vacuum-bonded using the latest adhesive technology
